Backup Technique (Technik?) magazine is the precursor to GameLab, which is the game hacker's bible, really. Stuffed from end to end with hacks, both soft and hard. Diagrams, schematics, upgrades, overclocks, video mods, controller mods, you name it. Naturally the text is in Japanese, but schematics and parts lists are mostly English and easily understood.
